Tooth & gum disease= the famous "dog breath"!!
We had a dog that had had distemper. She was epileptic and had poor control of her back legs. She lived for nearly seven years but WAS SEVERELY epileptic (having seen this dog I know the meaning of "severe" when applied to epilepsy now) - in the end she was in what they call something like status epilepticus ie constant fits throughout the 24 hours after a week or so of going in & out of this horrible state she died. We couldn't bare to put her down there always seemed to be hope... What breaks my heart now is to think there are HUMAN BEINGS in this state it is terrible. Literally one fit after another all day. Dreadful
